Delicate, sensual lips, a long, graceful neck, and a mischievous smile complete one's first impression of her. She's curvaceous rather than slender and prefers exceedingly simple, timeless, clothing. Most often she wears silk caftans, plain tunics and trews, or long unadorned dresses. One of her weaknesses is perfume and aromatic oils, and she wears some kind of scent at all times. PERSONALITY: Marian is a generous, loving individual. She's idealistic and stubborn, and refuses to let her views on the importance of love and the beauty of life be sullied by mere reality. Generally cheerful, she has an impish sense of humor and a frank, indulgent sensuality that her Master found enchanting. She loved her career as a masseuse while mortal, and continues it, though with a slightly different clientele, now that she's a vampire. She truly cares about others, and wishes to help them, using a combination of massage, herbs and scents, luxurious wines or sweets, and very rarely, sexual attention. Her goal is to make them feel as intrinsically beautiful as she sees them. ABILITIES: She has always had the ability to heal through touch, though at first it depleted her own energy and often made her ill. When she learned to channel healing energy, and to pull it from the earth through a grounding ritual, her abilities increased greatly. When healing, a very low level receptive empathy manifests. HISTORY: She was turned by a master vampire, once a client, who was looking for a confidant and protégé. Calling herself simply, "Circe," she began to teach Marian about the intricacies of the supernatural heirarchies and introduced her to the tantric philosophy (though she's leaving heterosexuality till later * Marian has been a lover of women, thus far, and plays bottom to Circe's top). The two were lovers for several deliriously happy years in New Orleans. Circe adored her, but when her home city was ravaged by a rogue master, she returned to Europe immediately. A longtime friend of Namir's, and long ago, much much more, she sent him a formal letter of introduction for her pupil and beloved, asking him to protect Marian and continue her education. She directed Marian to wait for her in Sanctuary, and gave her the mysterious name "Alhambra."
