Age: 18

Character: Roxanne Wallace

Age: 215

Nature: Gargoyle

Description: Roxanne dwells in a white marble statue. The statue is in a crouched position and seams almost humble with its giant but graceful wings curving inward in a protective gesture. The stone is elegantly carved with great attention to detail. Roxanne herself in Gargoyle form stands at 6'1" tall with a womanly figure. She has long wavy black hair and bull like horns that sweep back with a length of maybe a foot and a half. She has a basic human figure except for the whip like tale and clawed hands and feet. Her face resembles one of a dragon. She has a tattoo on her left shoulder a navel piercing and multiple ear piercing. In human form Roxanne can vary from a young beautiful woman to an old hag, but typically runs to a 5'8" young red head with bright green eyes. She is simply gorgeous with a lush, ripe figure.

Personality: Despite the fact that her statue looks harmless, innocent and humble, Roxanne is cocky and flirtacious. She is sarcastic with a strong streak of vanity and can be described as deceptive and superficial. As a typical Gargoyle she is not easily angered but when she does reach that point, evacuate! Deep down though (I mean really, really deep down) she can be a very kind and sensitive creature. She has been known to be vary loyal, but only to those who she thinks is worth her while. BUT YES, A GOOD QUALITY! SHE HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR!!!

Abilities & Weaknesses: Roxanne is capable of the basic Gargoyle powers and is susceptible to Gargoyle weaknesses. Roxanne also has a great talent for languages, she is able to pick up a foreign language in a relatively short period of time. She is also very good with accents and other voice inflections.

History: Roxanne was born Meg in 1783, in Scotland. She was born into a very poor family. She became very bitter, seeing that everyone else around her had money when she did not have any. The world seemed a very unfair and cruel place to a young girl. Begging only made her anger grow and someday she promised herself that she would never need to grovel for bread again. She made a living by becoming a professional thief, very proficient in that occupation. When she finally had enough money to appear rich, she changed her name to Roxanne (so that she would have a name befitting her new station), and married a wealthy man named Gaelic Wallace. But Roxanne didn't love him and murdered him for his money. After the funeral, Roxanne had the misfortune to finally meet Gaelic's mother, who was a practitioner of the arts. Little got by Gaelic's mother and she discovered Roxanne's treachery. She cursed Roxanne and entrapped her in the statue of a gargoyle.

Roxanne remained like that, serving the old woman, but she never repented.

The old woman was not well known and kept mainly to herself. When she died, no one knew about it and so Roxanne took possession of all her belongings. Roxanne was also freed and was now without a master. Roxanne sold almost all of what the old woman had, acquiring quite a bit of money since most of the things were very old and of antique quality. With that and the money left to her by her deceased husband, Roxanne found that she was a wealthy woman indeed.

Roxanne has traveled extensively over the years and has finally come to Sanctuary. She seeks a place to hide her statue so that it does not fall into someone's possession. She revels in being free and will do almost anything to stay that way.
