*Description: Tyler has dirty blond hair down to the tops of his shoulders which he normally wears in a ponytail. His eyes are a rich, warm brown and he has a mild tan. He is 6'3" and weighs around 190-200. He looks like someone who should be hitting the waves and who appears to be very friendly and fun loving.

*Personality: Tyler is a thief but he also a very congenial guy. He'd be just as likely to throw you a party as steal from you. He has a great sense of humor and loves a challenge, very much the thrill seeker. He makes friends easily enough but he will still steal from you without blinking. It's just material stuff anyway right? You can always get more. Even though he is a thief, he does not belief in violence. If you have to resort to it, you did something wrong along the way.

*Abilities and Weaknesses: Tyler is a relatively high class thief with much knowledge about his particular trade. He is also sensitive to magic or power. It comes in handy when he is choosing his targets so he doesn't end up robbing something with shields or magical booby traps.

*History: Tyler comes from a long line of thieves. His family dates back to some highway men and river boat thieves. They've become very rich through it and have invested the wealth well. Now, they have a public image which they try hard to cultivate. Tyler's family often joke about their ancestry at social gatherings but people rarely realize that some of the Phlegl family still pursue the trade. Tyler's no different. He began to steal things fairly young and was definitely into the techy side of the business. He never had to actually steal for a living, but does it more as a challenge. He also has a lot of contacts and partners who he collaborates with once in a while on those particularly large jobs. Which is where Roxanne comes in. He met her at a social gathering a few years back and knew that she was something other than human. At that time, Roxanne was still in the thief business and they struck up a friend ship and business partnership. They've done a few jobs together and they were phenomenal success. Tyler is now in Sanctuary on 'business' and looked her up out of curiosity.
