Appearance: Appears close to 30; she's about 5'8" but wears highheeled boots that push her up to 5'11". Black body suits with black vests(pockets), or black leather catsuits. Black hair cut in short page to her jawline. Large brown eyes. Full lips...wears burgundy lipstick, black eyeliner.

Personality: Vikki exuded sensuality when she wants, but can turn it off like a water tap. She's from Britain and lamented that in her time, she was too tall for the men to partner her on the dance floor. She is witty. And loves danger. Maggie called her and Lee two peas in a pod when they went on the occasional mission together. She likes her job.

Abilities: typical Master strengths and vamp weaknesses. She can call fire...a pyro, but only on a small scale. Of course, in some instances, this can be all that is needed. She is quite good in hand-to-hand combat. Her animal to call is Rats.

History: Victoria was the middle daughter of a family of noble lineage that was a bit on the poor side at the time of her birth. They still managed to give her a year in London. She ended up marrying fairly well, but it was not a love match. He needed an heir. She ended up having a succession of lovers once she provided the requisite son.

One of those turned out to be a vampire. When he offered her the chance to live a life much more exciting than her current one, she took it, never looking back on her past life. Unfortunately, he wasn't a Master, and it soon became apparent she was far stronger than he. They parted company eventually...not quite amicably, and she moved about Europe, taking various lovers, both human and vampire, until she met Richard Lyons. He recognized the potential and trained her to become an Enforcer first for a Lord of the Land, and then later for the European council. She was an Enforcer for the Council for a decade when Lyons took John Lee MacMillan under his wing. Having worked with Lee, she eventually came to the US in the late 50s to pursue her chosen career as an Enforcer. She also has a vampire companion whom she sired and who works with her.
